Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 1 May 2025

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of membership to the St. George Leadership Association. By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:

1. One-Time Payment and Membership Term

  • Your payment covers one full year (12 months) of membership in the St. George Leadership Association.

  • This is a one-time charge. We do not use automatic renewals.

  • Prior to the end of your membership term, we will contact you by email with an optional renewal invitation.

2. Membership Access and Services

  • Your membership entitles you to the activities, events, and services provided by the Association during the membership year.

  • The Association reserves the right to modify the format or schedule of events and offerings, provided that reasonable efforts are made to deliver value equivalent to what was initially advertised.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund, except as outlined below.

  • We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

    • If, within 60 days of your payment, you have actively participated in the Association and do not feel it delivers value, you may request a full refund.

    • “Active participation” includes attending scheduled meetings or engaging with offered resources.

    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to m.grisvaldi@gmail.com within 60 calendar days of your payment.

    • We reserve the right to deny refund requests submitted after 60 days or lacking any information required to confirm your identity and process the cancellation (i.e. name, date of payment, and contact information used when you signed up).

4. No Ongoing Obligation

  • Membership does not renew automatically. If you do not respond to the renewal invitation, your membership will expire at the end of your annual term, and your details will be removed from the active membership list.

5. Communication and Notices

  • By completing payment, you agree to receive communications related to your membership, including reminders, updates, renewal notices, and administrative communications.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the St. George Leadership Association shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your membership or the use of services provided.

7. Applicable Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.
