The Secret Leadership Advantage
I’ve spent the last 20 years working with and forming Catholic leaders across all sectors around the globe, whether business, education, military, or clergy.
In those 20 years of experience and extensive research—I’m speaking also as a doctor of psychology—we found that the most important factor in whether leadership is a success or failure is whether you have a fraternity, a fellowship, of peers with whom you can share successes and challenges, check ideas and inspirations, who can learn from one another and support each other in faith and excellence, and even open up opportunities for collaboration.
More than books and courses, more even than coaching, this makes the single-most important difference: the dedicated group of peers you keep around you.
And that’s exactly what the St. George Leadership Association is. I’ve worked with Catholic leaders just like you, all over the world. As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another (Proverbs 27).
Together, let’s live our mission as Catholics called to lead within the world.
